Foiled Butterfly

Hey all, my second post. I don't remember when was the last time I had  2 posts in day, not part my DT projects but just for share ;)
Anyways, I had been crafting a lot, thanks to my DT commitments..lol... and am I complaining? Of course not, when you love what you do there is no room for any complains or lack of interest!

CrafTangles has revealed their Aug release today, and they have released 10 colors of reactive foils today. I got these a few days back in my DT kit, and had been playing with those.

Since the product is already released, I thought of sharing my card, or else I was going to hold it for a day or 2.

It is almost a One layer bu for the foiled butterfly!
I started off with the stencil from CrafTangles - flourish, inked in wild wasabi from SU. Then added a double sided tape and ran through the big shot, then added the rainbow foil.

Stamped the sentiment from STAMPlorations, and finished off with a twine and a few jewels.

Sending hugs and kisses

Hey all, happy Monday!
To me all days seem the same nowadays, as its summer holidays, and we are at home, didn't travel back home, as kiddos are busy preparing for their SATs.

I am continuing the One layer trend on my blog, off lately you might have seen a lot of these in the scheduled posts.
I used a new stamp in my stash, which Bev has sent in the DT kit for Uniko.
Its the background builders - vine set.
I was inspired by the CAS(E) this Sketch for this card.
I stamped one of the vines diagonally, and build up the design around it.
The sentiment is from two other sets.
Since I stamped the tiny flowers in a scattered manner, I had skipped my must jewels or sequins touch on this card!

Bee happy

Hey all. I have another post today. Well it just happened that  I was able to make a few cards, and since it is  still summer holidays, I have some time to post it.
You might have seen the glimpse of this card on the Instagram yesterday!

It is all white card with a pop of gold.
I used Heidi Swapp honey comb stencil and dry embossed it partially. The used Nuvo gold Mousse to add shimmer.
Then I used the Hppy word die from winnie&walter to diecut and added the word raised the word die using the inlaid technique.
The bees are doodles by me 🙈, YES that's the best I can do..lol.
I doodled on the vellum and colored using markers, added some wink of stella to the wings.
I used alphabits from concrod&9th to stamp Bee.
A chipboard to the edge and the front was added, a few jewels to finish off.

Uniko Challenge #42

Hey all it is time for challenge at Uniko.

I was inspired by the cosmos, there is no doubt about that!
I used the cosmos from Uniko and stamped and masked and then used the leaves from Nature's treasures set and stamped using forest glaze from Altenew ink.
I added the sentiment on a water color paper strip and added to the base, and finished off the card with a few jewels and a pink twine.

Do stop by the Uniko blog to see more lovely inspiration from the team.

Encouragement Challenge #3

Hello peeps, its time a new challenge here.
We have a lovely inspiration picture.

I used the floating set here, and stamped and heat embossed the hot air floral balloon in white EP on  a water color paper, and then used the markers to color the flowers. I used all the colors from the inspiration picture to color my flowers and balloon.
I then used a stencil to add the blue  in the BG.
added the sentiment on a panel and edged it with gold glitter strip.
The front is added to a shimmery yellow base card.

Calling All Sistahs Reminder

Hey all Its the 17th of the month, and time to check yourself against breast cancer.

For today's card I has used the Hope ribbon stamp and used the reverse side to  stamp it using SU pink pirouette ink. I then used the kissingt echnique with the pretty posies stamps to stamp on the ribbon stamp and then to the card.
I masked the center and used a ripple stencil in in worn lipstick Di to ink up the edges to frame the ribbon.
The sentiment is stamped on the ribbon, and a few sequins along the flowers and card were added, and finished off by adding the front ot a shimmery maroon base.
