CAS Christmas

Happy Monday all, I have been not crafting at ll. My dad is here for the first time, and I am seeing him after an year and half, so I am just not into crafting. However my blog was active with all the scheduled cards for the Uniko release.
I am up with a simple card.
I made this for a friend with other 7 cards, it is already on its way to Canada.
I used the bauble from the previous month's release from Uniko. and stamped in red , and the hollies in green and a twine in gold. The sentiment is computer generated, it is added with a gold strip A few jewels to finish off.

Uniko Release Day

Hi friends, I hope you had enjoyed the sneak peeks, and the introductions. We finally bring you the full sets.
Here they are:

Isn't this a lovely set, so many possibilities as I said earlier.
I had used all kraft here. I used a solo solid tree stamp in green, and brown for the trunk, I used the stars and heat embossed in gold, the sentiment also from the new release. A brown glitter strip and a few jewels to finish off.

----------------------------------

This card is my favorite, I used a white textured base card for the base. I had used the striped tree and I stamped it 3 times, and cut short of 2 stripes for the second and third step. I had used foam adhesive to add dimension to the tree, and used wink of stella on the white stripes, to mimic snow.
I stamped the tiny trees in a row on a smaller panel., and added the big one, and stamped the sentiment on the panel.

A close up at the wink of stella

Can you see the foam adhesive layering?

------------------------------

I have used the pear pizzaz and the wild wasabi inks from SU. Then stamped the stars in red ink. A few jewels, and the sentiment is computer generated. That's it.

This is a One layer card. I started off with Twisted citron, and barn Door distress inks, I sponged in random fashion, then I simply chose all the sentiments and stamped in random. Used the tiny pine leave and pine cones stamps from the Rustic Wreath set, and stamped to fill in between the sentiments, a few jewels to finish off.

I used SU wild wasabi to stamp the wreath, and then used a brown ink to stamp the small twigs, and red for the berries. Just 3 pine cones in brown, and a few jewels and sentiment below the wreath to finish off.

-------------------------------------------

Again all kraft here, I used Momento Olive ink for the wreaths, and then twigs in red, and cones in brown. The holly and poinsettia are from background winter vines set. I stamped the sentiments in the center of the wreaths. A few jewels ti finish off.

I hope you are inspired by the cards I made, and I say it again that these are must to have sets in your stash for your Christmas cards.

Uniko - Introducing Rustic Wreath

Hey all, it's time to introduce the Rustic Wreath, it is a fun set. You will be very pleased with this set.

I had used Barn door distress ink to ink up the wreath, and then used the other twig stamp to heat emboss in gold. I stamped the cones in brown ink, and the sentiment in the center of the wreath.
I also stamped some scattered leaves, like it is falling to the ground , in front of the door.
Few jewels to finish off.

I had stamped the wreath in Wild Wasabi from SU, and then added the other twigs in brown, and some red berries. Sentiment is computer generated you will see many cards with this sentiment, as she wanted her sentiment in French, and these cards are winging their way to Canada very soon.
As usual a few jewels to finish off.

Uniko #38 reminder

Hello all, it is a reminder post for the current Uniko Challenge, which is Christmas.

I started with my background first, I used twisted citron to create the smooshed background. Then I used the Winter Foliage set here for this card, I stamped the pine leaves in 2 shades of green. and used brown ink for the cones. Lined my panel with a red base to give a framed look, and few big red rhine stones. The sentiment is from another set, it is heat embossed in black on vellum, I stamped the other part on the card. Added it to a white base to finish off.

Uniko - Intoducing Chritmas Pop & Most Wonderful

Hey all, as you might have seen the sneak peeks of the sets in the past 2 days. Today and tomorrow we will introduce the sets to you.
I do hope you are coming here from the Uniko

This set comes with many tress, and I have used all the tress from the set. I stamped in various shades of green and the sentiment is also from the same set, I decided to stamp it in black. I used brow ink for the trunks. Once I was done with all the stamping, I fussy cut the tress, leaving some space at the bottom. The whole front panel is adhered using foam adhesive to the kraft base, to give a pop.
I felt the top was too plain, so added a white twine to finish off.

Water color and distressed background

Hey all, I am up with a card, this was made a long time back, and I was just holding on it to post.

I used shades of blue water color , and some brown on the center , and then took a plastic clear wrap, and placed on the card, and moved the wet paint around, at the top I moved around, so that it looks like clouds. I moved my fingers up and down for the brown to mimic the look of some plants , and refection, and the bottom one is moved so that it looks like moving water.
The lotuses are from Waffle Flower, and water colored those using zigs, and fussy cut to add to the front.
Stamped the dragonflies in blue to gel with the background.
Sentiment is from same set, a part of it is heat embossed and fussy cut.
I added some grey glitter paper to the panel, and added to the card.
A few jewels to finish off.

Hello blogger peeps, I am so happy to be a surprise sweetie at the cupcake inspiration challenge.

The challenge this week is a theme challenge.
